X-linked Agammaglobulinemia

Abstract
X-kinked agammaglobulinemia is the most common type of primary immunodeficiency disorder. The disease is a sex linked recessive disorder carried by a gene on the long arm of the X-chromosome. It is characterized by serious pyogenic infections and marked diminution or absence of serum immunoglobulins of all classes. And those patients have virtually no circulating B lymphocytes. We experienced 7-year-old male and 26 month-year-old male patients(brothers) who complained of pus discharge on the lobe of left ear and fever.
